Schedules for the 20-21 school year are in the process of being put together, since we went to the 4x4 schedule there has had to be work done to ensure we do our best in getting each student a schedule that would accomodate their plan to graduate with success. Once the schedules are complete we will announce the pick up dates. At that time we will send out more information that will allow you to be better informed as to what to expect for the coming year. As has been the norm we can only do our best on any given day. So far we have gathered this information regarding schedule changes:
To help serve our student community, SHS had to pivot quickly to build new student schedules after we shifted to our new 4x4 master schedule. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility.
We want to ensure that all students have a functional schedule as soon as possible. Therefore we will grant schedule changes because of the following reasons only:
A student has an incomplete schedule (see counselor)
The student is missing a CORE requirement for graduation
A student is misplaced in a course (doesn't have prerequisite, or has already taken the class).
