WELCOME TO BULLDOG ATHLETICS!
Participating in Sandpoint High School’s interscholastic athletic program will provide some of your most memorable and enjoyable moments ever. Sports registration begins before the school office is officially open – please use the schedule below to register for fall sports and become aware of important dates.

Fall Sports: Cross Country, Football, Soccer, Swim, Volleyball, Cheer, Dance
Winter Sports: Basketball, Wrestling, Cheer, Dance
Spring Sports: Baseball, Golf, Softball, Tennis, Track & Field, Cheer, Dance

REDUCED PRICED SPORTS PHYSICALS
Pinegrove Medical Building, 606 N 3rd St. (next to BGH.) Doors open at 5:30; physicals will be held 6 – 8 pm. Bring your immunization record, a parent and $10. Immunizations will be available. All 9th and 11th grades, and transfer students must have a new physical after May 1, 2016.

2016 SPORTS REGISTRATION 
AUGUST 3 - 9am-2pm at SHS

Register for all sports (Fall, Winter & Spring) plus...
  • Receive student ID card
  • Purchase ASB ($40) sticker (required for sports participation) 
  • Yearbooks  
  • Century Club cards ($125) will also be available for purchase
You will be cleared to attend practice once all documentation has been completed and turned in to the office.  

DELIVER FORMS TO THE SCHOOL OFFICE THE DAY OF REGISTRATION. DO NOT MAIL. DO NOT GIVE TO COACHES. ALL FORMS MUST BE CLEARED THROUGH THE OFFICE.

  2. Concussion Information
  3. Interim Questionnaire & Travel/Permission Form This form must be signed by both the student and parent/guardian. Please make sure all sections are completed entirely and signed before handing to office personnel. A copy of your current insurance card needs to be attached securely to the interim questionnaire.
  4. Sports Medical Physical  - All athletes must have a physical on file. All athletes entering 9 and 11 grades must have a physical dated after May 1, 2016. All transferring students must have a new physical.
